PALABRAS  de  ALIENTO

de     S. R. L.

¡Confía y descansa en Él!  *

¡Victoria!

¡Confia y descansa en el Señor!  ¡El es Digno!

Trust & Rest In Him!

Those who have a close walk with the Lord are marked by constancy.

“And Asa did that which was good and right in the eyes of the LORD his God:”  2 Chronicles 14:2

He walked with the LORD his God from the beginning.

“ … we have sought the LORD our God, we have sought him, and he hath given us rest on every side.  So they built and prospered.”  2 Chronicles 14:7

He sought the Lord when things were going well.

“And there came out against them Zerah the Ethiopian with an host of a thousand thousand, and three hundred chariots; and came unto Mareshah.”  2 Chronicles 14:9

Then came trouble from an enemy.

“ … when they in their trouble did turn unto the LORD God of Israel, and sought him, he was found of them.”  2 Chronicles 15:4

He sought the Lord when things went wrong.

“And Asa cried unto the LORD his God, and said, LORD, it is nothing with thee to help, whether with many, or with them that have no power: help us, O LORD our God; for we rest on thee, and in thy name we go against this multitude.  O LORD, thou art our God; let no man prevail against thee.”  2 Chronicles 14:11

He cried unto the Lord.  He believed the Lord could help no matter the strength of the enemy.  He asked for help.  He rested and trusted in the Lord after he asked.  He went forward in the name of the Lord.  He reminded himself and the Lord that the battle was the Lord’s.

“So the LORD smote the Ethiopians before Asa, and before Judah; and the Ethiopians fled.”  2 Chronicles 14:12

Victory!

Trust and rest in Him!  He is worthy!
