PALABRAS de ALIENTO

La Biblia nos dice que no pensemos que es extraño, cuando pasamos por situaciones difíciles.
“Amados, no os sorprendáis del fuego de prueba que os ha sobrevenido, como si alguna cosa extraña os aconteciese,” 1 Pedro 4:12
La Biblia nos deja claro que enfrentar pruebas es un hecho de la vida y común para todos los hombres.
“No os ha sobrevenido ninguna tentación (prueba) que no sea humana ... ” 1 Corintios 10:13
La Biblia nos dice que la vida está llena de problemas.
“El hombre nacido de mujer, corto de días, y hastiado de sinsabores.” Job 14:1
Sin embargo, en medio de nuestra angustia ¡hay algo que los creyentes podemos hacer!
“Y David se angustió mucho, porque el pueblo hablaba de apedrearlo ... mas David se fortaleció en Jehová su Dios.” 1 Samuel 30:6
También nosotros, al igual que el rey David en días pasados, ¡podemos animarnos a nosotros mismos, en el Señor!
“Ahora, así dice el Señor, Creador tuyo, ... y Formador tuyo, ... No temas, porque yo te redimí; te puse nombre, mío eres tú.” Isaías 43:1
Los pensamientos y planes de Dios para nosotros, son traídos para pasar un resultado esperado, ¡un fin que esperamos!
“Porque yo sé los pensamientos que tengo acerca de vosotros, dice Jehová, pensamientos de paz, y no de mal, para daros el fin que esperáis.” Jeremías 29:11
Dios ha prometido tomarnos de la mano a medida que avanzamos a través de las pruebas de fuego de la vida.
“Porque yo Jehová soy tu Dios, quien te sostiene de tu mano derecha, y te dice: No temas, yo te ayudo.” Isaías 41:13
Si piensas que estás frente a lo imposible, trae a la mente lo que la Biblia nos dice …
“Para Dios nada hay imposible.” Lucas 1:37
Cada vez que tu y yo enfrentemos una prueba, tenemos la misma oportunidad que tuvieron los apóstoles, cuando Jesús vino a ellos en medio de una tormenta, caminando sobre el agua. Podemos escoger encogernos en el barco llenos de miedo o podemos fijar nuestros ojos en Jesús y salir del barco.
Que sean bendecidos en Su paz y arrobados en Su amor,

Be Encouraged
The Bible tells us to not think it strange when we go through difficult circumstances.
“Beloved, think it not strange concerning the fiery trial which is to try you, as though some strange thing happened unto you:” 1 Peter 4:12
The Bible makes it clear that facing trials is a fact of life and common to all men.
“There hath no temptation (testing) taken you but such as is common to man … ” 1 Corinthians 10:13
The bible tells us that life is full of troubles.
“Man that is born of a woman is of few days and full of trouble.” Job 14:1
Yet in the midst of our distress there is something believers can do!
“And David was greatly distressed; for the people spake of stoning him … but David encouraged himself in the LORD his God.” 1 Samuel 30:6
We too, like king David in days of old, can encourage ourselves in the Lord!
“But now thus saith the LORD that created thee, … and he that formed thee, … Fear not: for I have redeemed thee, I have called thee by thy name; thou art mine.” Isaiah 43:1
God’s thoughts and plans for us are about bringing to pass an expected result, an expected end!
“For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.” Jeremiah 29:11
God has promised to hold our hand as we go through life’s fiery trials.
“… I the LORD thy God will hold thy right hand, saying unto thee, Fear not; I will help thee.” Isaiah 41:13
If you think you are facing the impossible, call to mind what the Bible says …
“For with God nothing shall be impossible.” Luke 1:37
Every time you and I face a trial we have the same opportunity the apostles had when Jesus came to them in the midst of a storm, walking on water. We can either cower in the boat in fear or we can fix our eyes upon Jesus and get out of the boat.
